Manifesting is the simple art of creating the life you want by focusing your intentions. This new age theory was made popular by The Secret but it can be hard to wrap your head around. I’ve struggled with this for years.

Recently I came across a book by Dr. Joseph Dispenza called Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself. This book is blowing my mind because it presents hard science around how and why your thoughts actually DO manifest your real lived life!!

Dispenza writes: “Quantum experiments demonstrated that electrons exist simultaneously in an infinite array of possibilities or probabilities in an invisible field of energy.”

That’s amazing! Think about that for a minute. One electron exists in multiple realities. In fact scientists were able to see the exact same electron sitting right next to itself in the same energy field! He continues:

“But only when an observer focuses attention on any location of any one electron does that electron appear. In other words, a particle cannot manifest in reality– that is, ordinary space-time as we know it– until we observe it.”
