What to Consider About Investing in Assisted Living Properties
Investing in senior housing can be very lucrative, but there are also a lot of moving pieces. The first thing you need to consider are the laws in your state and county. I would suggest going to local real estate meetup groups to seek advice from other investors in this niche. You will also want to consult a lawyer, and check out as many books as you can about investing in assisted living properties.
How to Use Private Money to Buy New Construction Rental Properties
